Build a strong foundation by starting at the ground floor with this session. Take a deep dive into the Texas court system, including the levels of courts and types of hearings held by each. Learn and/or review the general rules related to court work that every CSR likely learned but quickly forgot. The session would not be complete without a frank, common-sense discussion of the real pros and cons of court work.
